How to catch Rayquaza is pretty simple all you need is a level 51 Swampert that has only one rare candy ever given to it. swampert must have ice beam. hit Rayquaza with one ice beam. when he goes to sleep hit him two more times with ice beam and throw an ultra ball while he's asleep.
