PC - Windows Cheats: Sim City 2000 Cheats

Cheat :
In the beginning of the game type "fund". This will issue a bond at interest rate 25 %. Do this 3 times. Afterwards sell 2 of the bonds and keep the last one. This will give you around a million an year.

Type FUNDS for a bond (issued at 25%)

* But, wait, this is a 25% bond! Yeech! Wait a minute, we can make the percent NEGATIVE - just watch:

At the VERY beginning of a new city, do this TWICE. Then, buy a normal bond. Look at the interest rate. Should be QUITE negative.

Try typing nasty words in the game (IBM) such as PORN, DAMN, etc... for a funny result.

To change your money:
Remember how much money you have.
Save your game.
Use a hex editor and search for the HEX version of that amount.

If under $256: replace it with FF
If under $65,000: replace it with FF FF
If under 16 billion: replace it with FF FF FF

(programmers, or anyone familiar with HEX should understand the reasoning behind these limitations.)
