In the first level, after you go up the first staircase in the level, there is a terrorist dressed in yellow. He is standing in front of a bookshelf. Go to the end of the bookshelf closest to the wall and press down. You should go inside the shelf. Here you can get a large supply of shotgun shells and get a cool flamethrower also.
