Cho-rensa mode in single player game
Quickly press [Up]x2, [Down]x2, [Left], [Right], :[Left], [Right], [X], [Circle] at the Konami logo. A sound will confirm correct code entry. Note: This code also allows katakana and roman character sets to be used in games in Konjou story mode.
Koala shaped pieces
Enter "Shiritsu Kirameki Koukou" in hiragana. A sound will confirm correct code entry.
Expert mode
Enter "tsugi no tama" in hiragana. A sound will confirm correct code entry. The next piece display feature will be disabled.
Play as Miharu, Yoshio, and Rei (two player game)
Hold [Left] on controller one and [Right] on controller two when selecting the game mode. Hold [Up] on controller one and [Down] on controller two when selecting the number of rounds. Miharu, Yoshio, and Rei will appear on the character selection screen.
Play as Miharu, Yoshio, and Rei (single player game)
Get "omoide" for all eleven standard characters. Enable "Skip" mode from the options menu. Select a single player game. Miharu, Yoshio, and Rei will appear on the character selection screen.
Easy mode
Enable the "Cho-rensa mode in single player game" code. Then, enter: "Konamiman" in katakana . A sound will confirm correct code entry.
Start at level 7
Press [Circle]x2, [Triangle]x2, [Circle]x2, [X], [Triangle], [Circle], [Triangle]x2 at the title screen with the "Start" and "Option" selections. A sound will confirm correct code entry.
