PC - Windows Cheats: Test Drive Off Road 3 Cheats

Cheat mode (alternate):
Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create
a backup copy of the file before proceeding.
Enter the "vehicles" sub-directory that is inside the
game directory. Use a utility such as WinZip or PKUnzip
to extract the "physics.txt" file from any of the .zip
files. Use a text editor to edit the "physics.txt" file
and change the "//idealMaxSpeed" entry to "200".
Save the file and add it back to the original .zip file.
The top speed bar will be full for the vehicle when the
game is played.

Cheat mode:
Enter one of the following names to activate the corresponding cheat function.

Mastercode - ZAKARY X
Select finish position; press [Shif + during game play. ILIKETOCHEAT

All upgrades - MAD HOOKUP
All divisions unlocked - SAD CLOWN
Credits are not usedup- KIYON
Steer in mid-air for big spins - TURN TRICKS
Big jumps - CHUNG KING
Defaults all cars with "lowering" kit - PLUMBER
Increase car mass - YOKOZUNA
Low gravity - MARS MODE
All trucks - BEANY
All tracks - LEAD TO ROME

Hex Cheat: Money:
Hex edit 000000BD to 000000BF. To have 800 000$ change to 00 35 0C.
